REGISTRATION
To keep an accurate number of registrations, We’ve implemented a 2-step registration process to ensure a smooth and transparent experience:
Step 1: Register @ PBYFA.COM
Step 1:Go to our parent homepage : Www.PBYFA.com ; Select Register & Choose Age Group
Please note: This will be a quick & basic registration questionnaire, registering here does not add your child to the OFFICIAL team ROSTER, this will simply give us your child information and parent contact numbers/email information.
Step 2: Document Submission
After completing Step 1, please click the “REGISTER NOW” button below to finish your registration and upload all required documents.
2026 REGISTRATION FEES
$95 — Early Registration(Ends May 31, 2026)
$125 — Regular Registration
(June 1 – June 30, 2026)
$150 — Late Registration
(July 1 – August 30, 2026)
*-Each Team will have a max roster size of 35 players.*
*Age is based off of 7/1/26*
*All payments are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances (partial or full). No exceptions.*
REGISTRATION INCLUDES: Helmet, Shoulder Pads & Game Uniform Rental
*Helmets, shoulder pads, and game uniforms must be returned at the conclusion of the season*
In addition to registration, we are implementing a: $100 Mandatory Fundraising Fee per player.
Family Discount: Families with 2 or more players will pay a flat $200 total…..

Please Note: We are a TRAVEL TEAM. Away games may be 1.5 to 2.5 hours away. Do NOT register if you are unwilling or unable to travel.
Parents/guardians are expected to provide transportation for their player. For those parents not able to drive their athletes to AWAY games we will have ONE 15-Passenger Van Available on a First Come First Served basis @ $20* per player every away game.
